The ornamental part (1) of a decorative piece has an eccentric weight distribution relative to the central axis (2) and is fitted rotatively on the baseplate (3) without motor force. The ornamental part is fixed on an axis located in a Rubin ring (4) rotatably located in the baseplate. The axis fits with an upper shoulder (2a) on the baseplate and with a lower shoulder (2b) on the Rubin ring. The upper shoulder is formed on a casing (2c) and the lower shoulder on a holding screw (5) screwed into the casing.
