摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet stably retaining high magnetic properties over a full length and a total width, even by using a material having no inhibitory content. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet comprises reducing Al in the steel slab component, to 100ppm or less, and N, S and Se to each 50ppm or less; controlling a rolling reduction in a final cold rolling before recrystallization annealing to 82-92%; performing the recrystallization annealing in a low-oxidizing or non-oxidizing atmosphere having an atmospheric dew point of 0&deg;C or lower; controlling an average heating rate between 600-750&deg;C in the recrystallization annealing to 20&deg;C/s or higher; and controlling a coefficient of the variation of the grain size in the steel sheet after recrystallization annealing to 0.4 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
