<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent protective member for a displaying screen capable of obtaining a sufficient shock absorbing and relaxing effect without decreasing transparency and having good productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent protective member 20 is prepared by integrally laminating a transparent base body 25 with a reflection preventing layer, a transparent base body 27 with an electromagnetic wave shielding layer, a near infrared rays shielding transparent base body 8, and a color adjusting transparent base body 10 respectively through transparent elastic pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 3, and the color adjusting transparent base body 10 is bonded on the displaying screen 1 through the transparent elastic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3.
