<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control browsing with respective individual home pages and with respective users without preregistering the users; and to urge the periodic browsing of an object home page to browsers when a large number of users browse a plurality of object home pages. <P>SOLUTION: Information for specifying a browsed home page and information for specifying the browsers are preserved in a pair to control the fact that the browsers browse the home page. The information for specifying the browsers is automatically acquired.
