PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OCR document correcting apparatus for improving security of correction work, improving the operating ratio of a correction terminal and improving the processing efficiency of correction. SOLUTION: This OCR document correcting device is composed of an OCR input device 11 for optically reading a document, a storage file 13 for dividing the code data of documents read by the OCR input device 11 into the code data to be corrected and image data of the document and storing the data, a personal processing status management file 15 for storing qualification of a correcting staff and a correction terminal to be used, and a distribution processing part 17 for distributing the code data to be corrected and the image data of the document which are stored in the storage file 13 to correction terminals used by the correcting staffs according to the qualification of the correcting staff stored in the personal processing status management file 15.
