PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of the cooling ability of a condenser in a cooling module formed by unifying a radiator and the condenser through a bracket. SOLUTION: A resin bracket 3 is arranged between the radiator 1 and the condenser 2, and both of heat exchangers 1 and 2 are fixed to the bracket 3. With this structure, transference of the heat of the radiator 1 to the condenser 2 can be restricted to restrict deterioration of the cooling ability of the condenser 2. Since position of the condenser 2 in relation to the radiator 1 can be easily set by fitting the radiator 1 and the condenser 2 to the bracket 3 for fixation, fitting property of the cooling module is improved, and the predetermined clearance is provided between a core part 1c of the radiator 1 and a core part 2c of the condenser 2 to restrict heat exchange between the radiator 1 and the condenser 2.
