PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm water flushing device which a user can be used safely and sanitarily by facilitating the confirmation of a position such as a toilet seat, the inside of a toilet bowl, a toilet flushing lever, a paper holder, an operating section of a warm water flushing device body, a remote controller or the like and an operation without quickening the awakening of the user even if the user has a wash without lighting the inside of a toilet room for the purpose of controlling the awakening of the user by lighting up the axial center section between seat cover pivoting sections of the warm water flushing device. SOLUTION: In the wash water flushing device constituted of a case storing the toilet seat, a toilet lid and a function section therein, the toilet seat or the toilet lid is constituted of the axial center section between the seat lid pivoting sections connected to the case in a rotatable manner, and a lighting means is mounted on the axial center section between the seat lid pivoting sections. The axial center section between the seat lid pivoting sections is exposed to the outside section in at least one or more states of closing and opening states of the toilet lid and closing and opening states of the toilet seat.
