PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable cart with a simple constitution in which manufacture is relatively easy, there is low possibility that the damage occurs and certainty of operation is high. SOLUTION: A pair of right/left intermediate pipes 20 parallel to each other is continuously contacted with a pair of right/left lower pipes 18 parallel to each other supporting a wheel 14 at a lower end and foldably supporting a baggage placement part 16 at canti-lever near the lower end so as to be turned between a standing position where the lower pipe and the intermediate pipe are continued on a straight line and a folding position where the lower pipe and the intermediate pipe are superposed. A pair of left/right upper pipes 22 with an upper part continuously contacted with each other having a carrying grip part 38 is slidably fitted/inserted to upper end sides of a pair of intermediate pipes.
