PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard film coated tool corresponding to dry, high speed and high feed of cutting by improving welding resistance and diffusion of a workpiece element into a hard film in a high temperature state. SOLUTION: One or more layers of each of a (a) layer having a metal component which is any one of nitride made of Ti and B, carbon nitride, oxynitride and oxycarbonitride and a (b) layer having a metal component which is any one of nitride made of Al and Ti, carbon nitride, oxynitride and oxycarbonitride are alternately coated. The (b) layer is taken as a first layer from a substrate side, and (200) face of the (b) layer and (100) face of WC particle in cemented carbide to be the substrate is in a heteroepitaxial relation. In the (a) layer which is the second and succeeding layer from the substrate side, c-BN and h-BN peaks are detected by a Raman spectroscopic analysis, and a peak intensity ratio is determined as Q1/Q2≥1.0.
