PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an Web page using format information by a reduced storage capacity. SOLUTION: This processor has a transceiving control means for receiving a request from a terminal connected via a network, and for transmitting the Web page for displaying the information displayed in the terminal to the terminal, the first storage means for storing a plurality of compressed format information files, a depression means for depressing the plurality of compressed format information files stored in the first storage means to format information data, the second storage means for storing the format information data, and an Web page generating means for generating the Web page using the format information data.
