Geometric morphing wing

An airfoil member (14) is provided including a geometric morphing device (18). The geometric morphing device (18) has an inflatable member (30). The inflatable member (30) has an exterior wall (32) and multiple inflated states. A fiber mesh (34) is coupled to at least a portion of the exterior wall (32) and changes in shape according to fiber angle. Shape and size of the geometric morphing device (18) are adjustable by changing inflated state oft he inflatable member (30). An airfoil member altering system (12) and a method of performing the same are also provided as well as a method of forming the geometric morphing device (18).
