For effective health management guidance, data obtained by a measurement device is effectively processed and information useful for health management is provided. For this, an action state measurement device (10) measures a biological movement of an examinee by an acceleration sensor (104), action data is stored in a storage section (114), identification information for identifying the examinee is stored in an identification information storage section (118), and stored action data and identification information are transmitted to a data processing device (20). A biological examination result database (30) is connected to a data processing device (20) and history of the biological examination result data is related to the identification information on the examinee when stored. The data processing device (20) is communicably connected to the action state measurement device (10) so as to receive action data and output a health management report created according to the action data and the history of the biological examination result data in the biological examination result database identified by the identification information.
