<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance productivity by remarkably reducing working hours. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention provides an apparatus is used for manufacturing a solid electrolyte fuel cell comprising a plurality of unit cells composed of a fuel electrode, an electrolyte, and an air electrode on a cylindrical substrate tube, and an interconnector electrically connecting between these unit cells. The apparatus comprises: a printing means for printing through a screen mesh a slurry of each constituent material the unit cell composed of the fuel electrode, the electrolyte, and the air electrode; and at least one of a drying means for drying the printed slurry and film thickness measurement means for measuring the film thickness of the printed slurry. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
