<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect access by onboard equipment to a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: An access protection device 1 is provided with a power supply control part 32. The power supply control part 32 supplies an ETC device 100 with electric power from +B power supply 122, when an ACC power supply 120 is turned off.
