<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element module equipped with a structure having excellent photoelectric conversion characteristics and high reliability wherein respective elements constituting the element module are reliably series-connected with each other without lowering their ability of photoelectric conversion characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: In this photoelectric conversion element module, sealing materials 19a are each disposed between adjoining photoelectric conversion elements. First electrodes 5.1 to 5.5 and second electrodes 11.1 to 11.5 of the conversion elements are equipped with electrical connection parts 5.1a to 5.5a, and 11.1a to 11.5a, respectively. The connection parts 5.1a to 5.5a, and 11.1a to 11.5a are disposed without contacting with the sealing materials 19a each disposed between the conversion elements. The connection parts 5.1a to 5.5a of the first electrodes of adjoining conversion elements on one side are electrically connected to the connection parts 11.1a to 11.5a of the second electrodes of adjoining conversion elements on the other side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
