PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveguide that is hardly deformed by tightening, and excellent in the electric seal performance. SOLUTION: First and second members 1a, 1b each having a U-groove 20 of the same width and length are joined by opposing the U-grooves 20 to form a waveguide path and fixed by tightening joined faces 5 with bolts 2 and nuts 3 in a direction of pressing the faces 5. Each tightening force caused by the bolts 2 and the nuts 3 is shown as projection circles 40 in the joined faces 5 between the first and second members 1a, 1b, and the bolts 2 and the nuts 3 are placed so that each projection circle 40 includes cross lines (joining ridgelines) 6 between a wall face of the guide path and the joined faces therein.
