PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing blade preventing a decrease in adhesive strength and separation of a join part due to dissolution of a bonding component of a conventional developing blade in which an elastomer and a holder are joined together with an adhesive. SOLUTION: The elastomer and holder are mechanically united and, specially, a blade of the elastomer has a projection part to improve joining strength more, thus obtaining the developing blade which can stably and securely charge a toner by a necessary quantity.
