PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving body periphery monitoring device capable of monitoring the periphery of a moving body and determining whether an environment around the moving body satisfies predetermined conditions or not. SOLUTION: The periphery of the moving body is imaged by an imaging means CD to obtain an image. A three-dimensional environment around the moving body is constructed based on images obtained at at least two positions by a three-dimensional environment construction means RC. Whether the environment around the moving body satisfies the predetermined conditions or not is determined by a determining means DT based on the three-dimensional environment. For example, if the determining means is constituted in such a way that it determines that the predetermined conditions are satisfied when it determines that a region having a size exceeding a predetermined size exists around a vehicle and the vehicle can be parked in this region based on the three-dimensional environment, it becomes a parking guide device.
