<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a collecting time and enhance the rate of collection by collecting information on lost articles in a train widely from ordinary passengers and trainmen and station employees. <P>SOLUTION: When a passenger having left or dropped his/her article in a train places a request for searching and notifies a server 100 of the detailed matter of the article via his/her cellphone 101a, concretely what and where he/she has left or dropped it in which train having arrived at a station together with a date and time (Step 1), the server 100 first narrows train information using an operation diagram into a train 102 scheduled to be stopped, for example, at Ueno Station in a given date and time. Then an E-mail with contents to request searching the article is distributed to cellphones 101c, 101d, and 101e of the passengers and trainmen of the same train and cellphones 101f and 101g of the staff of the next station (Step 2). If the notification of finding the article is given (Step 3), an E-mail is sent to the person to inform the place and time of finding (Step 4). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
