PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and manufacturing system for a liquid crystal display element suppressing the degradation in display quality. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the liquid crystal display element comprises measuring the shapes of the already formed circuit patterns, calculating the rates of changes in the relative mispositioning of the patterns when next circuit patterns are superposed on the already formed circuit patterns in the case that optional circuit pattern forming devices are combined, totaling the rates of the changes in the relative mispositioning of the patterns relating to all the measurement points, calculating the standard deviations thereof, and determining the combinations of the circuit pattern forming devices by the calculated values of the standard deviations.
