PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of a discharge flange bolt caused by repeated pressure fluctuations and thereby to surely adjust a sliding clearance. SOLUTION: A rocking pipe type piston pump comprises: a hopper 1 provided with a pair of suction/discharge ports 1L, 1R; a pair of pump cylinders 4L, 4R attached so that each one end thereof is opened to the pair of suction/discharge ports 1L, 1R; and a rocking pipe 2 which is disposed in the hopper 1 to be capable of rocking and whose tip part 2T alternately moves to positions facing the suction/discharge ports 1L, 1R to switch from/to suction to/from discharge of each of pump cylinders 4L, 4R. A discharge flange 21 for connecting a transport pipe to the rocking pipe 2 is fixed integrally with a rocking pipe support part 1S of the hopper 1 together with an adjusting shim 23.
