PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine feeder which improves operability in mounting while effectively eliminating inconvenience that a wrapper wound into a roll drops out from a wrapper sending mechanism. SOLUTION: The medicine feeder includes a tablet case for receiving a medicine and the wrapper 72 wound into a roll for packaging the medicine discharged from the tablet case with the wrapper. It includes the wrapper sending mechanism 102 for feeding the wrapper. The mechanism has a base plate 103 for holding the wrapper and an engagement shaft 104 protruding from the center of the base plate to engage with a shaft tube 70 with the wrapper wound around. An engaging protrusion 107 inclined to intersect the axial direction of the engagement shaft at a predetermined angle is formed on the side face of the engagement shaft, and in addition an engagement groove 109 inclined to cause the engaging protrusion to be engaged is formed on the internal surface of the shaft tube.
