PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure the rigidity of a vent duct when a harness housing which houses a harness arranged in an instrument panel is integrally formed with the vent duct. SOLUTION: A cylindrical harness housing cylinder 27 extending to the vehicle width direction is integrally formed with a side vent duct 23 on the front side of a vehicle body. The side vent duct 23 is divided into an upper half duct 31 which opens along the vehicle width direction and has a substantially semicircular cross section and a lower half duct 33. Front side flanges 37, 55 and rear side flanges 39, 57 are formed on both opening edges of the half ducts 31, 33, respectively. Upper and lower housing half bodies 37b, 55b are formed at intermediate parts of the front side flanges 37, 55, respectively. The front side flanges 37, 55 and the rear side flanges 39, 57 are integrally welded to form an air-conditioning air passage 21 and the harness housing cylinder 27. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
