PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet head in which driving electrodes of a piezoelectric sheet are arranged at a high density. SOLUTION: Since each contact land part of an FPC board is arranged oppositely to the contact land part of each driving electrode 11 of a piezoelectric sheet 10, the contact land lart of each driving electrode 11 of the piezoelectric sheet 10 can be connected electrically with each contact land part of the FPC board even if the contact land part of each driving electrode 11 of the piezoelectric sheet 10 is led out from each driving electrode 11 of the piezoelectric sheet 10. Since respective driving electrodes 11 of the piezoelectric sheet 10 are arranged oppositely to respective ink pressure chambers of a cavity plate arranged contiguously to each other in matrix, the contact land parts of respective driving electrodes 11 of the piezoelectric sheet 10 are also arranged contiguously to each other in matrix.
