PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and highly reproducible analysis for interaction between proteins and a method for screening proteins.

SOLUTION: In the method for detecting the interaction between proteins that characteristically detects the interaction with other substances by use of one or more kinds of reporter proteins, the substances having the interaction with the reporter protein are screened by synthesizing the reporter proteins through the cell-free protein synthetic process in the presence of one or more kinds of candidate substances expected to have the interaction with the reporter proteins.
