<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input circuit for outputting an output signal after converting an input signal to the output signal having a distinct level difference, and for realizing an improvement in the speed and power saving. <P>SOLUTION: The input circuit for inputting first and second signals (Pi, Ni) and outputting the output signal (Po) having the distinct level difference different from the inputted signals has a predetermined connection form, and comprises a first transistor (M1) to be controlled its output current by the level of the first signal (Pi), second and third transistors (M6, M8) to be controlled their output currents by the level of the second signal (Ni), a first current mirror circuit (M2,M3,M7) to be inputted the output current of the M1 including a first switch (M2), a second switch (M5) to be inputted the output current of the M6, and a second current mirror circuit (M4, M9) to be inputted the output of the M5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
