<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet confectionery composition containing hydroxycitric acid, allowing a person to readily take as a health food for suppressing fat synthesis, and improved in flavor. <P>SOLUTION: The composition contains a sugar alcohol or grapefruit flavor, and hydroxycitric acid improved in flavor so as to have a function of suppressing fat synthesis in order to be readily taken.
