<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the prevention of the reproducing of a recordable optical disk on which contents data are copied from the optical disk including a DVD. <P>SOLUTION: When the contents data are recorded on the DVD-ROM which is an original disk, the physical format information of this disk is used as a ciphering key, and by this ciphering key, the data information to be recorded on the DVD-ROM is ciphered and recorded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
