PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly realize a color correction by making a user select a color or area that is an object of interest, and performing the color correction with it as the central color of correction as a method for enhancing the quality of a color image to be displayed or outputted by color image equipment.

SOLUTION: This image color correction device 1 for color-correcting an input image 2 and supplying an output image to an image display part 3 comprises an object selection part 10 for selecting a target matter or target color that is the object of color correction from the output image of the image display part 3, and a color correction processing part 11 for correcting the output image from the image display part 3 to a desired color by calculating the central color of the selected target matter or target color as the central color of correction, and correcting this central color.
