<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a heating efficiency, etc., by establishing a lamp heater for exclusively heating a molding material for an optical element such as a glass material, etc., in addition to lamp heaters for heating a press die. <P>SOLUTION: The lamp heater 14 for exclusively heating gob is established between the upper and lower lamp heaters 11a and 11b for heating the die, and radiation from the gob-heating lamp heater 14 is reflected by reflectors 15a and 15b and concentrated on the molding material W<SB>1</SB>. By controlling the gob-heating lamp heater 14 with a temperature-controlling machine 16 independent from a temperature-controlling machine 13 which controls the upper and lower lamp heater 11a and 11b, a cope member 1, a drag member 2 and the molding material W<SB>1</SB>are each heated to an optimum temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
