<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and precisely prepare a detail statistical data totalized with population or the like by a unit smaller than a unit in an existing statistical data. <P>SOLUTION: A phone number is read from a phone number database, coordinates or an address corresponding thereto is collated with coordinates or an address of a map data, and the coordinates on the map data corresponding to the phone number are thereby acquired as a phone number point. A distribution coefficient (g= c/C) is found based on the personal phone number point (C) totalized under an inclusion condition in every of the first sections, and based on the personal phone number point (c) totalized under an inclusion condition in every of the second sections, the statistical data in the every first section is distributed by the distribution coefficient (g) to obtain the statistical data in the every second section.
