<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog touch panel capable of flexibly dealing with an on-demand production request while reducing environment contamination in a manufacturing process, and preventing the deterioration of commercial values by making the yellowishness of a substrate caused in a laser machining conspicuous. <P>SOLUTION: In a pair of analog touch panel substrates 30, the removal area of a conductive layer 12 of a first transparent substrate 10 is formed by laser machining. Then, a cover member covering the peripheral part of the substrate pair 30 is provided by adjusting the size of a frame so that not only respective electrodes formed in the peripheral parts of transparent substrates (10, 20) but also a conductive layer removal area(ranging from a substrate edge to a distance L1') can be covered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
