<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently make communication between a communication node having a plurality of IP interfaces, and a communication host, according to transmitted / received communication contents. <P>SOLUTION: When the communication host 30 starts communication with the mobile node 10, at first the communication host 30 transmits a session request. An extended home agent 20 receiving the session request transfers the session request to the care of address registered in relation to an initial setting flag. The mobile node receiving the session request selects an IP interface suitable for this session on the basis of contents identification information included in the session request. Then the mobile node 10 decides a care of address corresponding to the selected IP interface and informs the extended home agent 20 of the care of address.
