<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unlocking device for vehicle doors which can mechanically unlock only the doors that need door-lock releasing. <P>SOLUTION: The door_unlocking device of a vehicle with a power door lock system has, in its key cylinder, a primary position P<SB>1</SB>and a secondary position P<SB>2</SB>for a key to be pulled out and a starting position. The device also is provided with a means for detecting a key-extraction position to identify the pulling of the key from the primary position P<SB>1</SB>and the pulling of the key from the secondary position P<SB>2</SB>when a driver gets off, a means for detecting a get-off operation to identify other operations when getting off, and a door-lock control means to control the operation of the power door lock. On condition that detecting signals for the means for detecting getting-off operation are inputted, the door-lock control means unlocks the door at a driver's side when the detecting means for key-extraction position recognizes that the key is pulled out of the primary position P<SB>1</SB>while it unlocks all the doors of the vehicle when the detecting means for key-extraction recognizes that the key is pulled out of the secondary position P<SB>2</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
