PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a microemulsion for treating a trypsin-modified gene, having low toxicity and capable of targeting a cancer cell and to provide a new method for preparing the microemulsion. SOLUTION: The microemulsion for treating the trypsin-modified gene and targeting the cancer cell comprises trypsin, oleic acid succinimide, DC (dendritic cell)-Chol, PEG (polyethylene glycole) lipid, cholesterol and vitamin E.
