PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer service server capable of rapidly grasping the position of a property of a customer, when the customer makes a phone call. SOLUTION: The customer service server has a transmitting/receiving means for transmitting/receiving to/from a plurality of terminal devices via a network, a storing means for storing customer information and map information about a property to be managed, a map display means for displaying a map on the basis of the map information, and a display control means for detecting the position of the property contained in the customer information and plotting the detected position of the property so that the position is overlapped on the map.
