PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus equipped with a waterproofing and cooling mechanism of a simple structure, which ensures a waterproofing property and sufficient cooling performance that are required for an outdoor use. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus 1 is provided with a metal housing 2 in which an electronic circuit board (not shown) as a heating unit is mounted, a cover 5 which covers the entire housing 2 and has a suction port 3 and a discharge port 4, an airflow passage 6 which is formed between the cover 5 and the housing 2 and communicates with the suction port 3 and the discharge port 4 through the outer surface of the housing 2, a fan 8 disposed at the discharge port 4 of the cover 5, and a louver door 14 disposed at the outer side of the fan 8.
