PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a source driver circuit used for a driving device integrated on a panel. SOLUTION: A digital buffer of the source driver circuit receives and schedules external input digital video data and a shift register generates a sampling control signal according to the data. A 1st latch samples the data according to the sampling control signal to generate a digital video data sample and a 2nd latch holds it. A level shifter converts the held sample into a high-voltage digital signal, a D/A converter converts the high-voltage digital signal into an analog signal, and an analog buffer sends the analog signal to a high mounted display panel, which is driven. Lastly, a multiplexer sends the analog signal to an accurate display position at different time by using a time-division multiplexing system. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
