PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture of a resin boot for a constant velocity joint, and its mounting structure having superior sealability with respect to a non-circular case of the constant velocity joint. SOLUTION: In the resin boot 1 for the constant velocity joint comprising a bellows part 4, a diametrally small side resin part 3a, and a diametrally large side mounting part 2 having a circular cross section formed by a resin material, the fixture 7 is for mounting the diametrally large side mounting part 2 on the case 14 of the constant velocity joint having a recessed part 17 on a circumference, it is arranged between the case recessed part 17 and the diametrally large side mounting part 2, and it is fastened to the case outer circumference along with the diametrally large side mounting part 2.
