PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercooler duct structure capable of arranging an intercooler duct within a crushing stroke region without causing an adverse effect to collision energy absorbing performance on a crushed part without damaging a rear part of a vehicle through the intercooler duct. SOLUTION: One 8 of a pair of left and right longitudinal direction ducts 7, 8 among metal ducts is connected to one connecting part 6a of an intercooler 6, and an intermediate duct 14 is connected and arranged through rubber hoses 12, 13 between the cross direction duct 11 and the other longitudinal direction duct 7 connected to the other connecting part 6b and the part of which is arranged in the cross direction in a crushing stroke S. The intermediate duct 14 is arranged in an inclined state in the vertical direction against the longitudinal direction line of a vehicle body, and a bending part 7a the head end of which is inclined inward against the longitudinal direction line of the vehicle body is formed on the head end side of the longitudinal direction duct connected to the intermediate duct 14.
