PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflow furnace in which heating zone temperature is adjustable to a set temperature faster than natural cooling, while suppressing increase in nitrogen consumption and maintaining oxygen concentration in the furnace, at the time of set-up change. SOLUTION: In the reflow furnace, heating zones 3a-3d are provided along the moving direction of a conveyor 2 inside heater covers 1a-1d constituting a part of the furnace wall and, in each heating zone, hot air circulating fans 7a-7d are arranged as heaters for heating workpieces to be soldered on the conveyor. As an air blowing means, there are installed air pipes 20a-20d and the like for blowing cooling air to at least one of the upper face and the side face of the outer surface inside the heater covers 1a-1d.
