PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath in which a caregiver can easily put in and out a bathing person and personnel expenditure when washing the body can be resolved by a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: A box-shaped outside tub 1 opened on the upper part side and an approximately tetrahedral inner tub, in which the upper part as well as the front part side are opened as a port for the bathing person, are included, a lift drive mechanism 3, which raises the inner tub 2 from the inside bottom of the outside tub 1 to the inside upper part of the tub or lowers the inner tub from the inside upper part to the inside bottom of the tub, and a forward-backward drive mechanism 4, which advances the inner tub 2 until the front bottom of the inner tub 2 located in the upper part of the outside tub 1 is built over to a front flange 10a of the outside tub 1 or retreats the inner tub from the forward position to the inside upper part of the outside tub 1, are attached between the tubs .
