A kit for the treatment of retinitis pigmentosa containing the enzymes glutathione peroxidase, prolidase, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and, optionally, aldose reductase in aliquot parts and interactive quantities appropriate for administering said enzymes in accordance with a predetermine d time sequence.
