PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit, an electronic device and an electronic appliance which are suitable for the shortening of data writing time and the power saving.

SOLUTION: A driving current generating circuit part 30 is formed by subjecting five transistors Qsfor driving having gain coefficients which are equal one another to serial connection. Likewise, a current supplying circuit part 40 is formed by subjecting five transistors Qpfor supplying current having gain coefficients which are equal one another to parallel connection. Then, the respective gates of the transistors Qsfor driving are connected to the respective gates of the transistors Qpfor supplying current. The current supplying circuit part 40 is electrically connected to a data line Xmwhich supplies a data current Idatam. Therein, a driving current Iel generated on the driving current generating circuit part 30 is supplied to an organic EL element 21.
