Likewise, a current supplying circuit part 40 is formed by subjecting five transistors Q<SB>p</SB>for supplying current having gain coefficients which are equal one another to parallel connection. Then, the respective gates of the transistors Q<SB>s</SB>for driving are connected to the respective gates of the transistors Q<SB>p</SB>for supplying current. The current supplying circuit part 40 is electrically connected to a data line X<SB>m</SB>which supplies a data current I<SB>datam</SB>.
