ANTI-SLIP MATERIAL PRESSURE BONDING ROLLER DEVICE IN PALLET ANTI-SLIP MATERIAL WELDING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-slip material pressure bonding roller device in a pallet anti-slip material welding device which prevents a thin-walled anti-slip material from meandering even when it is used and improves the welding strength.

SOLUTION: This anti-slip material pressure bonding roller device of the anti-slip material welding device melts an anti-slip material and a pallet anti-slip material together by blowing a hot blast to their welding faces and welds the anti-slip material using a pressure bonding roller device. In this device, an anti-slip guide plate is arranged on both sides of a pressing roller and the anti-slip material is welded by the pressing roller while being guided by the anti-slip guide plate. The pressing roller is hollow and the anti-slip guide plate is preferably formed so that it has a protrusion jutting out to at least the anti-slip material side from the outer peripheral face of the pressing roller. In addition, when the pressing roller is hollow, a vent hole may be opened so as to supply cooling air into the roller.
