<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle valve device for an internal combustion engine, capable of preventing moisture from being frozen or iced between a shaft bearing section 6 and a dry bearing 4, and a shaft sliding section 14 at cold temperature in winter or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A circular annular recessed section 41 is formed between an annular protruding section 29 on a bore inner pipe 22 of a bore wall section 5 of a throttle housing and the dry bearing 4; and a water-repellent room-temperature-drying fluid lubricant 9 is infiltrated into the recessed section 41, dried and fixed, so that moisture in the bore inner pipe 22 of the bore wall section is capable of being prevented from reaching between the shaft bearing section 6 and the dry bearing 4, and the shaft sliding section 14, thus preventing freezing or icing from occurring between the shaft bearing section 6 and the dry bearing 4, and the shaft sliding section 14. Therefore, opening and closing operations of the throttle valve and sliding operation of a shaft 2 can be performed without any interference by moisture being frozen or iced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
