PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens device, a camera system and a camera capable of accurately controlling the driving of a focus lens to a focusing position in an AF function in which overlap control is performed. SOLUTION: Control means 10 and 15 for controlling the driving speed of the focus lens 3 control the driving speed of the focus lens at least in the case of final focus detecting operation out of the focus detecting operation performed by a focus detection means 13 until the focus lens moves to the focusing position to a fixed speed lower than the driving speed obtained before performing the final focus detecting operation.
