PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film which shows superior water vapor/oxygen gas barrier properties and pinhole resistance with other advantages such as the best-suitability for working in printing/lamination processes when the film is used as various packaging materials and also for packaging use with less change over time in gas barrier performance, mechanical strength and the like due to humidity absorption under a normal temperature/humidity atmosphere.
