PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a ceramic heater capable of producing a ceramic heater with a good reproducibility and homogeneity by improving a process of winding a heating resistive element, an electrode draw-out part, an electrode pad, and a ceramic sheet with a through-hole formed around a ceramic core material in manufacturing of the ceramic heater. SOLUTION: It is confirmed that the ink is filled into the through-hole by coloring of the sheet of paper, after the ceramic sheet is placed on a sheet of paper, and after the ink is pressed into the through-hole. Afterwards, a heating resistive element is formed on one main face of the ceramic sheet, and an electrode pad on the other. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
