PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data editing system capable of easily editing and managing data on a portable communication terminal by using an existing data editing program. SOLUTION: The data editing system includes a user's PC 10 which edits and manages data on a cellphone 50; a server 20 which provides a program for editing and managing data on the cellphone 50 operated by the user's PC 10 and also provides information on the cellphone; the Internet 40 which connects the server 20 to the user's PC 10 for communication; and a provider 30 which connects the user's PC 10 to the Internet 40.
